The abbreviation CBD stands for cannabidiol. The cannabis plant contains various substances. Cannabidiol is one of approximately 104 compounds found in hemp. There are two interesting substances, one of which is CBD. The other substance is THC. THC causes a high feeling. You could say that CBD is the sibling of THC.
The endocannabinoid system is involved in many bodily processes. It regulates appetite, metabolism, sleep, and energy balance. The body also produces cannabinoids itself.
The cannabis plant, also known as the marijuana plant, contains more than 104 substances. The most important are CBD and THC. THC stands for Tetrahydrocannabinol and CBD stands for Cannabidiol.
THC is a psychoactive substance. This substance is also found in the well-known ‘joint’. If you consume enough of it, you will get high. You do not get high from CBD. Recreational users are more likely to choose THC oil instead of CBD oil.
THC is illegal in most countries. Because ProHemp oil contains less than 0.05% THC, it is legal in most European countries. CBD oil may be freely traded and used.
Drug tests often screen for THC. Since our CBD products contain little to no THC, it is virtually impossible to become impaired. There have been no known cases of positive tests from using our CBD products. Of course, we do recommend using them responsibly. Our CBD products contain 0.00% - 0.05% THC and are therefore considered "non-detectable" or "THC-free."
The CBD sold in Europe and the Netherlands is legally allowed to contain no more than 0.05% THC, which is a negligible amount. With normal use, it has no effect on your driving ability and you are allowed to participate in traffic. All CBD products we offer contain less than 0.05% THC or are THC-free.
We recommend having a glass of water ready when using our CBD oil. Drop one to two drops under the tongue. Then wait two minutes. After two minutes, rinse the drops away with the glass of water you prepared. It is also possible to rinse the drops away with fruit juice for a pleasant taste. We advise dividing the dosages over three parts of the day, half an hour before or after a meal.
If you do not like the strong taste of the CBD oil, choose our CBD oil based on MCT oil, which has a less strong taste than the oils based on hemp seed oil. In addition to the oils, we offer CBD capsules, which are completely tasteless.

When we ship your order, we automatically create a track & trace code. You will receive this by email. Since the first scan only takes place in the evening or the next morning, you may get a message that your package cannot be tracked yet. In that case, we recommend trying again the day after you placed the order.
We have all our products in stock. If you order from Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM, we will ship it the same day. Of course, you can also pick up our products at our physical store in Amersfoort at Kamp 60.
We work with an automatic ordering process. This means that as soon as you have confirmed your order, it is sent directly to our warehouse. Once you have received the status ‘shipped,’ it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
