CBD oil is an oil based on cannabidiol (CBD), a natural substance from the hemp plant. It is often used as part of a daily wellness routine, for (chronic) pain, stress, or sleep problems.
CBD and THC are both cannabinoids from the hemp plant, but they work differently. THC is psychoactive and can make you ‘high.’ CBD is not and is mainly valued for its calming properties without any mind-altering effects. All our products contain less than 0.2% THC. This is legally permitted.
No, CBD oil does not make you high. Full spectrum CBD oil contains less than 0.05% THC. This is negligible and you won’t feel anything from it. Want a CBD oil without THC? Then choose broad spectrum CBD oil.
Yes, in many European countries, including the Netherlands and Belgium, CBD is legal as long as the THC content is below the legally allowed limit (usually 0.2–0.3%). Always check the regulations in your country. All our CBD products contain less than 0.05% THC.
Full-spectrum contains CBD, terpenes, and a very small amount of THC. Broad-spectrum contains CBD and terpenes, but no THC.
CBD oil is usually dropped under the tongue (sublingually) and held there for 30–60 seconds for absorption. Then you swallow it. Always follow the recommended dosage on the packaging.
