What is microdosing?

Microdosing means taking a very small amount of psilocybin-containing truffles according to a fixed schedule. The dosage remains low enough to function normally during daily activities such as working, exercising, or studying without strong psychedelic effects or hallucinations.

The goal of microdosing is not to experience an intense psychedelic effect, but rather a subtle and controlled support of focus, creativity, and awareness.

Recommended use

• day 2: rest day;
• day 3: rest day;
• then repeat.

Preferably use no more than five microdoses of truffles per week and regularly take a break period to limit tolerance.

Storage advice

Store the product refrigerated between 4–8 °C. After opening, the product remains usable for up to three weeks in the refrigerator.

Preferably use the product within three months of receipt and do not use it if the packaging is damaged.
