What is microdosing?

Microdosing means taking a very small amount of psilocybin-containing truffles according to a fixed rhythm. The dosage is so low that no strong psychedelic effects or hallucinations occur. The premise is a so-called sub-perceptual dose: you continue to function normally in your daily activities such as working, exercising, and socializing.
